These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the ffd77 platform and all services operated under it. By accessing the website, registering an account, or using any service, you are giving your full consent to these Terms.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

ffd77 may request identity verification from a user at any time. A copy of a National ID (NID) or passport may be required for verification. Failure to provide the necessary documents may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

3.1 Deposit

• The minimum deposit amount on ffd77 is ৳300 (three hundred taka).
• Accepted payment methods for deposits: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Deposits made in a third party's name are not accepted — the source of the deposit must be your own registered mobile wallet.
• Use the correct account details when making a deposit; ffd77 will not be responsible for any issues arising from incorrect information.

3.2 Withdrawal

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka).
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 (one) hour.
• The same payment methods are used for withdrawals — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
• If KYC verification has not been completed at the time of withdrawal, there may be a delay in processing.
• ffd77 reserves the right to put withdrawals on hold in the event of suspicious activity.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on ffd77 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Currency conversion services are not available on this platform.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on ffd77 receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

• The wagering requirement for the bonus is 25 times the bonus amount.
• Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = completing ৳25,000 in bets will allow winnings earned from the bonus to be withdrawn.
• All applicable terms must be met when using a bonus.

4.2 General Terms for Promotional Offers

• Each bonus or offer may have its own specific terms, which will be detailed on the offer page.
• ffd77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or fraud is found, the account may be closed and the bonus may be forfeited.
• No other bonus applies while one bonus is active, unless stated otherwise.

ffd77's VIP program has 5 tiers, determined by the user's activity and loyalty:

• Bronze: weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver: weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Gold: weekly cashback up to 0.7%
• Platinum: weekly cashback up to 1.0%
• Diamond: weekly cashback up to 1.2%

You can move up to a higher tier by staying regularly active. Cashback amounts are automatically credited to your account every week.

6.1 General Gaming Rules

• Each game has its own rules, which are stated within the game.
• The outcome of a game or bet is determined based on the data recorded in ffd77's system.
• In the case of an incomplete game due to a technical issue, ffd77 will provide an appropriate resolution.
• No bet or game can be changed once it has been finalized.

6.2 Sports Betting

• Cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports are available in the sports betting section.
• Details of betting markets and applicable rules are provided on the betting page.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet amount for that event will be refunded.
• For live betting, any bet already accepted will stand if the internet connection is lost.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software is strictly prohibited.
• Abusing bonuses through multiple accounts is prohibited.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or errors to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.
• Using the platform for money laundering or fraud is strictly prohibited and is punishable by law.
• Deceptive or hostile behaviour toward other users is prohibited.

• Suspected bonus abuse or fraud
• Suspected financial fraud or money laundering
• Evidence of involvement in prohibited activities

9.2 User Request to Close Account

ffd77 is not liable for the following:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or technical issues
• Problems caused by issues with the user's own device or software
• Delays or problems with third-party payment services

In any circumstance, ffd77's maximum liability will be limited to the amount deposited in that transaction.

These Terms are written in Bengali and the Bengali version shall be considered the definitive version.
